Palmerston Court

This well-designed block of apartments is situated in Palmerston Crescent in London N13. The apartments are a mix of 2 bed and 3 bed suitable for single people, couples, or families. Each apartment has access to some outside space either on the ground floor or balconies on the upper floors.

A short walk takes you to the busy high street of Palmers Green which has very much retained a village community feel. The local park, Broomfield Park, is just a few steps further and gives a wide-open space for the whole community to enjoy.

Situated in the London Borough of Enfield, it is in Zone 4 for public transport and it is close to Palmers Green railway station with direct links into London King’s Cross. The nearest underground station is Bounds Green on the Piccadilly Line and there are plenty of bus routes linking to all parts of London.

Frequently Asked Questions

You qualify for the scheme with London Living Rent Ltd if you meet the following criteria:

  • You currently live or work in London
  • Your maximum household income is less than £60,000
  • You either have a tenancy in the private rented sector or you are living with family and friends because of difficulties with housing costs
  • You are unable to buy a home in your area at current market values - including a shared ownership scheme.

Before making a full application, you will register an interest in one of our developments.

As soon as the development of your choice is ready to accept applications, you will be sent an application form. Checks will be made to verify the information you provide as we will need to satisfy ourselves that you can afford to pay the rent and make regular savings.

We will confirm your eligibility and allocate the apartments once they are ready for occupation.

The rents are based on one third of average local household incomes and are determined by the number of bedrooms. As a guide for across London, the current rents set by the Greater London Authority for a 2-bedroom property is around £1,050 per month (£945 for a 1-bedroom property and £1,155 for a 3-bedroom property).

Check the rent advertised on the property you are interested in on our website.

The amount you save each month will vary depending on the apartment you rent but you should be able to save for a deposit to purchase a property through regular monthly savings during your tenancy.

When you are ready to purchase the apartment, a valuation will be arranged to ascertain the current purchase price and you can use the savings you have accumulated as a deposit for purchase of the property.

At the end of your tenancy, we would expect you to be in the position to purchase your home. You do not have to purchase the property you have been living in but can choose to buy another property.
